1. Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana):

  • Stand up tall with your feet apart.
  • Take a big step back with one foot.
  • Bend your front knee like you’re a brave warrior.
  • Stretch your arms out wide, like you’re flying!
  • Hold it strong and steady, then switch sides.

2. Tree Pose (Vrikshasana):

  • Stand on one foot, like you’re standing on a surfboard.
  • Put your other foot on your leg, not on your knee.
  • Balance and put your hands together in front of your chest.
  • Imagine you’re a tree blowing in the wind, strong and calm.
  • Try it on the other leg too!

3. Boat Pose (Navasana):

  • Sit down with your knees bent and feet on the floor.
  • Lift your feet up and balance on your bottom.
  • Stretch your legs out straight like a boat sailing on the water.
  • Hold your arms out straight or reach them forward.
  • See how long you can hold it, then relax.

4. Plank Pose (Phalakasana):

  • Get on your hands and toes, like a strong push-up.

5. Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana):

  • Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

6. Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana):

  • Stand up tall and stretch your arms out wide.
  • Lean to the side and put one hand on the floor.
  • Lift your other leg up high and stretch your other arm toward the sky.
