1. Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana):
- Stand up tall with your feet apart.
- Take a big step back with one foot.
- Bend your front knee like you’re a brave warrior.
- Stretch your arms out wide, like you’re flying!
- Hold it strong and steady, then switch sides.
2. Tree Pose (Vrikshasana):
- Stand on one foot, like you’re standing on a surfboard.
- Put your other foot on your leg, not on your knee.
- Balance and put your hands together in front of your chest.
- Imagine you’re a tree blowing in the wind, strong and calm.
- Try it on the other leg too!
3. Boat Pose (Navasana):
- Sit down with your knees bent and feet on the floor.
- Lift your feet up and balance on your bottom.
- Stretch your legs out straight like a boat sailing on the water.
- Hold your arms out straight or reach them forward.

4. Plank Pose (Phalakasana):

6. Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana):

- Lean to the side and put one hand on the floor.
