1. Mountain Pose (Tadasana):

  • Stand up tall like a mountain.
  • Keep feet together, arms relaxed by your sides.
  • Breathe in and out slowly, feeling strong and calm.

2. Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana):

  • Get on your hands and knees.
  • Round your back like a scared cat (Cow Pose).
  • Arch your back like a happy cow (Cat Pose).
  • Repeat, breathing deeply each time.

3. Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana):

  • Step one foot back like taking a big step.
